Recently bought Overwatch, but it won’t download on Battle. net in Australia. It has downloaded 7.6 gb, but always either sits on 0 kb/s or “waiting on another installation or update”; although I can browse youtube & facebook simultaneously. I ran Battle. net Looking-Glass and the ping states:

any ideas appreciated.
Note
no issues with proxy, firewall, flushed DNS and reconfigured IP.
