i cant connect to the Asian servers that one loops hard so it must be a blizz error and not the client then sad i was so keen to play the event

why they already release 1.29 but my version still stay at 1.28 , but when i click check for update it appear up to date?

yeah your friend list will be empty cause they are not added on the Europe server only american

Same here from Australia cant connect to game server America

Tried Asian server as well. It worked. It’s the US and European servers that don’t seem to connect well.

This sounds like what’s happening to me. I am in the US and just tried the European servers; I can get in there.

Also from australia. Can connect to Asia but not Americas. Also had a strange thing happen where my update didn’t go through straight away.

Blizzard support page keeps crashing so I couldn’t lodge a ticket.

Anyone know what’s going on?

nothing yet hopefully soon tho. which is strange i have other aussie friends who can connect fine just seems some of us have this random error all of a sudden

Blizzard better do rerolls, I lost 50SR on the brink of breaking into a new tier. I’m done with this type of crappy tech support come the 11th.

Over the three years I’ve played this game I think I could argue that at least 50% of my SR loss due to disconnects has been blizzards fault.

ok so i just randomly got logged into the american servers, i really cant say what i did cause i was closing and opening the blizz app like mad and spamming the log in button like crazy. Hopefully you guys get in soon!

This looks to be a routing issue affecting Telstra and Telstra wholesale customers (ISPs that use Telstra’s network).

If you’re having the issue please post a traceroute to the Australian IP: 13.211.254.170

You can see how to do a traceroute here: Blizzard Support - Running a Traceroute but it needs to be to the IP I posted above as that’s the AU server.

This will help in narrowing down which node is down and Blizzard can help in asking the effecting ISP to look into it (You can too of course).

same here i keep getting looped with trying to connect game, failed, and then trying to connect. whats going on? most of my friendlist seem to be able to login just fine

mine try run game same time when it want it update game , with endless loop

Anyone else from AUS/Tesltra still having problems logging onto America? Asia works for me but not Europe.
