Hi All,
Over the past few days i’ve slowly been unable to play overwatch on my 2.4ghz wifi despite having strong signal strength. However, it works fine on my 5Ghz connection. When using the 2.4Ghz connection I either get extremely high ping and packet loss and then lose connection to the game server, or I cannot connect at all. I’ve tested overwatch on a laptop with 2.4ghz connection and it works perfectly.
I’ve done majority of the troubleshooting steps already - updated drivers, flushed dns, renewed IP address, reset network, checked firewall, etc. Not sure what the problem is. I don’t think it’s a problem with my wifi adapter as it works perfectly fine when downloading or streaming stuff. Here’s the Looking Glass results:
