Can't change country/region of residency

When I created my account I made it with United States as country of residency, however, in order to play Overwatch 2 phone validation is needed and, as I am not from the US I can’t validate my phone number. I already submitted two tickets in the “Self change Country/Region Service”, been waiting two days and no response yet, as OW2 is just around the corner I wouln’t like to lose all the stuff in my account by being forced to create a new one just because I can’t change the country and validate my phone number. I know probably this isn’t the right place to post about this kind of issues but I don’t know what else to do, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t think you’ll instantly lose your stuff because SMS protection isn’t enabled. Many people don’t have it on their account and it will be news to them when logging in for the first time. In the meantime, it’s best to just wait for the staff to help you out with the country change.
