Cant buy OW League tokens with Blizzard Balance

Im a PC player and I recently wanted to get the new doom skin and I had a blizzard balance left over form a while back (20$). It shows that I have the blizzard balance and it lets me fill out the form until when it comes to my last name which is small and greyed out I went into my account settings and tried to add another address profile but i still couldn’t select it at checkout. Send help lol

I cant type in the last name box and i cant change the first name to my actual name either:
it says i cant include links so imma put a space in it

Yep. It comes up with the exact same screen as in ow but in chrome

Okay you may have to start a web ticket specifically with this. I’m currently away from my computer so I can’t give you the link but just click the support link at the top of the page, then click contact support and they’ll be able to help you out.
