We see the gun, but we don’t see him use them. I’m only counting weapons if we see them being used (so we can compare them to how they perform in the game).
I honestly really hope that all abilities are shown and canonised.
Some abilities seem too fantastical to be made canon as they appear in the game, like Transcendence. If it is shown, it will probably function differently, like Resurrect.

Rein also performs an earthshatter both in his comic as well as in the Zero Hour short.
Mei uses her secondary fire against a few omnics in zero hour
I guess you can count BOB as an ability since basically her entire interaction with him is her ultimate in that cinematic.
D.Va overloads her meka in her cinematic so that’s a canon thing she can do. Recalling her mech obviously isn’t though.
You could argue that Resurrection is kind of there since she does say the “let’s get you back in the fight” line when she revives Mei in Zero Hour.

In your doc you forgot to add Reinhardt firestrike, it is canon that crusaders can perform a firestrike, we see in the last bastion short when bastion is having the war flashback from the other robot memory, and we see Balderich doing it too in his last fight inside the castle
Exactly, we see Balderich doing it - I made this list with a focus on the heroes themselves performing the abilities, so in my mind that didn’t count. But yes, that would count as a canon ability.
In the same way, we see more than once the E-54 units in tank configuration so I guess its canon too
Tank configuration is an interesting one . . . we see E-54s in Tank and Recon mode, but we never see them transform between them. Can they even transform? Or are they made as either Tank models or Recon/Sentry models?
I honestly think that is an in-game talent we’ll see for Mercy in OW 2’s PvE rather than the Resurrection ability. But then again, maybe Resurrection’s lore form is instantly healing incapacitated people without the staff (which does it slowly) instead of literally bringing the newly deceased back?
