Cannot play Copa Lucioball

I cannot play Copa Lucioball! it says “Unable to play while suspended or banned.” I’m not suspended or banned from this competitive season. I wasn’t banned from last years Copa Lucioball Season nor am I too low a level for it! Can anyone help? (I was able to participate last year)

Yeah, I just got home and updated it, took a look at the new skins, then I go to arcade and it says that I can’t play lucioball if I’m banned or suspended. Haven’t even played it yet this year nor was I banned last year

Having the same problem. I contacted blizzard about it, and in the most unhelpful response, they said it’s “due to a suspension” without giving any reason why I’m suspended in the first place

LMFAO Get this response I got! I had a “Game Master” tell me its because im banned in normal comp!!! ahha im not even banned in normal comp, he supposably looked into my account and told me that was why LMFAO IM NOT THOUGH. why is blizzard service gone from 10 to 2?!?!

Same for me. I was banned from the competitive when during the last summer games but and I couldn’t play it then, which I already though was unfair but now this is too much to take in.

Same for me, I really want to play Lucioball, but it is not letting me because I am “suspended or banned” when I have never been banned before. I was really hoping to play lucioball, it was fun last year.

We recently pushed out an update that fixes a bug preventing users from earning their Summer Games 2018 Player Icons upon logging in. In addition to that fix, we have implemented a fix for a bug that caused players to be incorrectly banned from Copa Lúcioball.
