It’s very similar to this ticket. Voice has worked fine and all of the sudden stopped. I’ve tried all the suggested methods via tech support. I can’t “unmute” my mic and I don’t see anyone with mic icons, even if I ask them if they are on voice (and they say yes) in chat.

How did this bug get into the release codebase? Have all experienced software engineers been laid off from Blizzard?
