Very frustrating. Cannot change my region of residence by myself, so I contact blizzard support. They say that they can’t do that because the destination isn’t valid(USA). I have moved here more than 5 years ago, and this issue is preventing me from adding my phone number. It locks me to the number being (+7) while my number is (+1). I even sent them a ticket with the damn passport, like they asked. Help.

I have the same problem, I have submitted two tickets and no response yet.
Do not submit multiple tickets for the same issue. This slows down the ticket process for you AND other people, and could be viewed as abuse of the support system.
Just wait for them to respond.
We have waited more than long enough.
Don’t say we didn’t see this coming.
