Except it is talking about midskill. I dont see how it wouldnt be, but theyre talking from their perspective and unless youre not a master at reading let me remind you they said they were average, not diamond or master. Obviously the meta issues they expirience will be completely different in high skill tiers. Thats the case in any game ever. Issue is that blizzard prioritises you guys when nerfing, rather than just making it balanced for the majority aka average players. As i mentioned, Im sure the high skill tier can find ways around the game being unbalanced, but low and mid tier cant. So balance to mid tier, low tier can climb there while failing but having a chance, and high tier can find a way around. This is the best solution for all parties except the smallest, but again Im sure the smallest party, aka high skill, can work around it and still have fun
