What type of “equal value” thing would you like to replace it?

Only nerf I think it needs is to remove 1 arrow

Increase the damage to 75 and give it reverse falloff, something like 50 damage at point blank and max damage at mid range.
To clarify the reverse falloff would be on storm arrow only.

He’s been nerfed a ton. The ability is more balanced now
