She’s not the worst output healer in the game…
But, she’ll always be outclassed by Moira in that sense. Moira puts out more healing with less effort, and she can protect herself. Mercy can’t do any of that.

ok dude first of all you probably got 30 k heals by playing moira and plus you probably hold Valkyrie for a long time. Plus she has a thing called damage boost you see some mercys doing this so they get free sr by damaging boosting their friendly eboy
also you dont play ana so possibly no way for you to get 30 k easily
Borders don’t mean anything unless it’s like below level 50
I know but I still end up expecting a certain skill level but seem to end up being disappointed.
With ashe and pharah buffs mercy is already strong and annoying with them

Zen has 300hps on a single target in Trans. Lucio has 16hps on a single target without amp, only with amp does it become 52hps on a single target.
Lucio’s advantage is actually the fact he has a 12 metre aura, so can heal multiple people at once. Plus speed boost. So, he’s good vs chip damage and speeding up the mandatory Rein.
Zen is definitely weaker than Mercy though, outside of ult.

mercy offer some merchancis better then heal. she survivey hero , she can fly , she can dmg boost, she heal very fine and able to pocket some heros make them viable to play. and also she can rez, which is can be impact move or victim move.
she is good in her postion.
like for rl. im main mercy … i know what she could do, She just depends more on the team than she herself is. But it kind of works with all the other characters.

Mercy is fine, and has arguably the most powerful ability in the game. She also has high mobility, most of the other healers don’t.
People need to consider she can get to her trget to heal easier than the rest.
So it isn’t just about the raw heal numbers. Everything else has to be included to consider their effectiveness.

Well if we’re considering everything, let’s also look at her 400 average damage. Her heal range which is actually shorter than most outside of Ult, the glowing tether that makes it impossible to hide while healing or db (you can cover, but not hide).
Let’s see, her big money ability gives her literally 0 ult charge. Did they fix the weird damage boost ult charge thing? And even though it doesn’t mean anything, her on Fire rate sucks too. Which shows what impact she’s actually making.
A buff to mercy is so overdue. I swear they never want her to be ever viable again - never mind meta - after the moth meta
