Can we not lose so much rank when people are throwing?

I had a game where 3 players on my team said they’re gonna throw because our zen said he had 1000 Ping and was refusing to switch off of him until last match

and because of that 3 of my teammates threw the last match by not engaging and just throwing.

Honestly, if people are clearly throwing and saying they’re gonna throw can we not lose so much progress because people become babies in this game and block their teams progress when they don’t get their ways?

Permaban solo spawn campers. They think they can take on everyone by themselves only to die and lose the game for me.
