Has the Developer Update been pushed back? If it’s recorded already, why not release it to give the community something to chew on while the finishing touches are being made on the PTR?

You’re implying I’m being toxic here?

After not saying anything for so long they can’t possibly think it’s a good idea to tell players that ‘‘it should be out next week’’ if they’re not sure.

They should keep quiet like they always do and tell us when it’s coming out the day after. Not hype some emptiness every time. This IS stupid behavior, they can’t expect anything more from their community. I wasn’t even insulting anyone.

I don’t think they are implying you are being toxic.

I think what they are implying is that responses like yours are why people are silent.

They stay silent, it pisses people off. They give updates on what to expect soon, it pisses people off. They announce things, people get pissed off (if it’s not what they wanted).

They can’t win. lol.

It wouldn’t be the first time it came out on a Friday, or even the second. Saturday has also happened before.
