All the transformation ults can be healed since theyre the characters themselves should transformation ultimate heroes such as Genji and Bastion be unabled to be healed

For example, if Bob stands there kiling for almost all of his ult time, dies, and then gets rezzed, does he get new amount of ult time or does it continue from where he left off?
I am guessing the latter?

Even theoretically, it seems like a bad idea and a waste of rez as B.o.B only lasts for a short period of time and by the time he’s burned down like what’s the point? Rez him just to watch him fly into the skybox

Bob is on the battlefield during a very short period of time. Unless he died right away, it would be a waste for a Mercy to rez him just so he vanished a few seconds after (because Ashe’s ult was over).
Even if it were possible, rezzing a Bob would be very situational. I understand why the devs didn’t give us this possibility. Healing and Damage boosting him is already very efficient anyways. No need for more.

You thought of that backwards, people would be yelling about how Mercy is OP and gives too much value for not having to aim. Even more so if it appeared on XQC’s or seagull’s stream.
