For Twitch Drops like those offered in the current “Ashe Mardi Gras” challenge? Yes. Simply make sure that you have your Twitch Account linked to your Blizzard account.

Please note, there are no current reward drops for Overwatch League (including OWL tokens) since the Overwatch League now streams exclusively on YouTube. (Click here for more info)

Just do bear in mind the app won’t give you notifications about the drops. You’ll have to check on PC or load Twitch on your mobile browser in desktop mode to see if you’ve gotten them.
