As someone who, as a child, memorized the entire soundtrack to Disney’s Little Mermaid and sang it endlessly to my entire family to the point I now hear embarrassing stories about it, I would love this.

I am here to drop some knowledge for you. Prepubescent children can and do wear bikinis as swimsuits. It is a swimsuit, there is nothing inherently sexual about a swimsuit. His point was that the people that liken it to fetishism are outside of the norm. I, personally, love a woman in uniform. If they gave D.Va a military outfit, it would not be a problem just because she is “barely legal” despite the fact that I would probably find the skin to be… appealing. To that end, barely legal is for when someone just turns eighteen. 19 is not barely legal. It is just legal.
Albeit, I prefer the swim dress idea anyways. I am just saying that there is no difference and even if D.Va was sixteen there would still be no difference.

That is no knowledge to me and I couldn’t care less if she was in a bikini or swim dress. I just think it would have to be tastefully done, like Widow’s summer skin, and a swim dress would be more tasteful than a bikini, in my opinion. Or! A tankini, that would be cute. As long as the swimsuit is cute to suit her personality and tasteful so it doesn’t look crass, it’s all good. And when 19 is used as bait for XXX websites, that counts as barely legal to me, I can’t think of any other reason why it would be a fetish for some people.
