Sometimes my controller starts spinning on its own and becomes unresponsive, so I have to take the batteries off and put them back in to keep playing. This is only happening to me in Overwatch 2. I even got a new controller and it keeps doing the same thing.

Maybe make a ticket to the tech support (not at forum). I can confirm it is not only You.
