Hi there, I was in search of a competitive match. When I finally found a match there was like a server error or something, and I got suspended and 50 sr less.
I think that it´s very unfair since it is not my problem, I checked my connexion to my computer and everything was correct, it´s the first time that something like this happens to me. I would like to have my sr back and be able to play again.
Super frustrated to be honest.
This is the same thing i have been experiencing for the last 3 days and now i have an 8 hour ban.
Same issue here! happened to me a second time now, they seem to be blaming it on the users connection and they wont restore your sr and endorsements.
It is extremely frustrating. Especially with comp being so unbalanced, so when your trying your hardest to rank, you need to gamble on if you will get stuck with a bad team or if you will be disconnected.
