Bug Report - Premium Battle Pass Issue

Hello, I own the Premium Battle Pass and have been unable to receive several of the rewards I’ve unlocked over the past ~72 hours. My main concern is the Mythic Prisms—I should have received the sets from levels 38 and 48, but my total has not increased at all.

I’ve already tried restarting the client and my PC, but the issue persists. I’ve also had difficulty submitting a technical support ticket through the usual channels, so I’m hoping this message can help bring attention to the problem.

For future reference, Bug Report has its own forum, bugs are not collected in tech support. Additionally, there is always a pinned thread in that forum with currently tracked/known issues.
