This bug is not exclusive to Numbani but the new Spawn Room inactivity rule not working like it is suppose to. So you can be kicked out of any map if you stay in spawn too long. Remember to exit spawn quickly (try switching to Lucio if needed as he can outflank a single spawncamper). However Blizzard is working to correct the problem so that getting kicked of inactivity is not as much of a problem.
