Please Buff Moira 
She is litterly the worst hero (Bastion is worse probably) in the game right now.
Her PR is extremely low in every rank and Ana (the muh skill queen) is better starting in bronze than Moira (a hero that our community deems as skill less).
She obviously needs help.
Moira deserves better, her character is unique and her voice actress is a literal super star.
Give Moira what she deserves.

Make Baptiste directs only heal 60 from 70, then make Moira primary healing overtime go from 2 sec to 3 secs. Also devs please revert McCree back to 200hp and like make his hitbox smaller or whatever. It’s been like 6 months of this stupid mccree thing already

Would people be happy with proper buffs for moira, if her primary damage had the aiming requirement increased even further?
Just remove the compensation nerf from her recent buffs. That was super unnecessary. Besides that other supports need to be nerfed for her to be viable.
It’ be weird to increase it because she has to dmg in order to heal.
That’s the whole reason why it’s easier to aim with her.
give her back 3 second lingering effect and remove the ult buff then give her utility on her fade also decrease her ult cost by 10%
I would be happy if they gave Moira that effect where when she comes out of fade she has cleanse.

It was really a cool idea but they’d have to nerf her fade a lot to make it balanced, i think.
Imo, fade should be a lower cd ability.
But i believe that it will definitely be a PvE talent.
I think it will be more non-repetitive to suggest some stats and methods to buff her than to just list out the reason to.
