This is what i would want.
Give all hitscans the range back. Or at least 40 meters.
Reduce McCrees hitbox. Or for that matter, make it so all heroes wearing “hats/headgear” , that headshots only count when you hit the actual head not the hat.
Reduce his HP to 200 - Even though he was trash without this, based on a several things. Slow, hitbox, bad mobility, bad ult. Its basically a nerf for the whiners to stop whining.
Fan of the hammer - reduce the damage from 50 to 45 or 40 (I dont care i dont use this much)
Increase his rate of fire by a bit
Revert the reload speed nerf and the roll distance nerf
Something along those lines.
