I know the difference between hitscan/projectile lol, I just worded it wrong, I meant Snowball is a little baseball sized thing that you traditionally throw, and I want it to behave like a hitscan so youâd select the area it will land beforehand, then release Q and it will pop up there and activate

McCree: He no longer shines like a Christmas tree, and has no more movement speed debuff.
Zennyatta: All enemyâs within his transcendence sphere at time of activation get an orb of discord applied to them.
Wrecking Ball: His mines deploy and activate 50% faster.
Sombra: EMP also disables every passive, and removes the ammo and cooldowns HUD.
Bastion: Tank mode lasts indefinitely, but has a restricted ammo count of 6, and when all are gone he reverts back.
Widow: You can see all enemy health bars and ult charges with your ult.
genji blade unlimited dash >:D that would be so broken hahaha
RIP-tire: Buffed to max speed.
Whole Hog: 33% damage buff, 20% louder laughter:
Coalescence: ult cost reduced by 5%
Transcendence: more tentacles for Cultist Zenyatta.
Earth Shatter: introduced a bug that makes it ignore Brigitteâs shield.
Primal Rage: leaving Primal Rage always returns Winston to full hp.
Sound Barrier: buff itâs shields by fifty per- wait, the devs finally did that.
Configuration: Tank:
- Now Bastionâs E ability
- Damage per round reduced from 205 to 125
- 4 rounds per clip
- Recharges at a rate of 1 round per 2 sec
- Cannot be reloaded
- Transformation time reduced from 1.5 sec to 1 sec
- Revertion time reduced from 1 sec to 0.5 sec
- Can now freely aim while transforming
- Tread SFX volume reduced by 30%
Junkrat: Tire speed back up to 13 from 12
Brigitte: Removed armor cap, allowing all 300 granted over the duration to be permanently added to each allyâs health pool. (Okay, this one might be comically OP. Maybe increase the cap back to 150?)
LĂșcio: Requires 20% less ultimate charge to use. CC immunity while casting and loses charge gradually during the cast like he used to. Itâs honestly all he needs now.
Ana: Nanoboost now increases the movement speed of its target by 15%. Not as much as the old oppressive value, but enough that a nanoboosted ally cannot be effectively kited just by running away.
Roadhog: CC immunity while channeling. (Apply this to Reaper, too, even though I donât main or play him.)
McCree: ult name changed to High Noon. Works the same, but before targeting starts a huge flash bang goes off above the area, like a sun at high noon, stunning those in LoS for 1s. Targeting speed is also increased for those stunned by 2X.
Symmetra: Now itâs not just infinitely tall and long. Itâs now infinitely wide. Welcome to the 3rd Dimension.
Sombra: EMP turns on friendly fire for enemies

Symmetra: Barrier No longer is infinite, stops when it boths side touch a wall, enemies cannot move past barrier.
Mercy: i aint touching this drama bomb
Lucio: Sound Barrier activates immediately for lucio and gives him 900 shields, everything else remains the same.
Reaper: Can now focus a single point during death blossom by holding down left click and pointing in a certain direction
Moira: Coalescence now deals more damage to enemies, and it lasts five seconds longer however it has a 1.5 second casting time where moira screams âKAME HAME HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAâ
Tracer, now has a new ult, instead of her just throwing a bomb that basically does nothing unless you stick it perfectly, she now has a thing where she like overloads her chronal accelerator and has infinite blinks and infinite ammo for 5 seconds, however, her ult charges much slower, and she canât recall during this time.
Wrecking Ball, he now turns into a disco ball and when he is hanging from something all enemies near him are locked into there dancing emotes for 5 seconds.
Orisa: Her ult stays the way it normally is if your team doesnât have a rein. However, if your team does have a rein, then Orisa can use her ult near rein and the rein will jump onto Orisaâs back and she will run around like crazy as rein swings his hammer around destroying everything.
I guess most of these arenât really buffs, just cooler versions of ults XD.
Symmetra: Ult changed back to Teleporter/Shield Generator.
Brigitte: Rally armor increased to 200 and gives allies 10% attack speed increase.
Moira: Enemies touched by coalescence become poisoned for 4 seconds.
Zenyatta - Infinite Trans. Cannot be 'naded by Ana. Also prevents burst damage.

Sorry, too many to buff. I donât like to limit myself to only a couple heroes.
(sure I got my favorites which you could find out by checking career profile, but I am quite comfortable with somewhere between 6-9 heroes.)
Reaper:Gives him %10 damage resistance
Genji: No more no regs (I get at least 1 per game at this point - itâs getting worse)
This also goes for every single other hero in the game who gets no regs even on normal shots or abilities. Though, focus on genji. Itâs his ult
My question to this would be, if Pharah were to cancel her ult mid ult would she completely lose ult charge, keep it, or partially keep it? Or would it depend on when she cancelled it?
Disclaimer: There are ults what i think are fine now. I just wrote it like a âWhat ifâ scenario if these heroes got an ult buff
Doomfist - Enemies can not see target area
Symmetra - Ult has no uptime, being destroyed if the enemies can break it.
Ana - Can nano herself in all game modes
Reaper - Death Blossom leaves a smokescreen on the ground
McCree - No glowing effect during ultimate
Zenyatta can now kick during transcendence.
Imagine escaping with 30HP and you just see him floating after you.
