Even though I won 7 wins 4 times, my league did not get promoted because of this error, I think I will not play the game again, if you can help, I will continue to play the game.
I am having the same problem but with Gold 2 
I’ve got over a 60% win rate as support focusing healing first over doing dps. Have a fairly decent average healing per game. Been through 4 7-win cycles and still can’t get out of bronze 5. I don’t know what else to do to get out of bronze 5.
