So the rules state that if you win 5 game you rank up, if you lose 15 games you derank.
I have now entered into bronze 1 three times now in healing without deranking.
Please review my game history and view that I went from bronze 2 to bronze 1, then bronze 1 to bronze 1 after winning 5. and yet a third time I ranked from bronze 1 into bronze 1.
I was really confused the first time, but the second time I reviewed my history and only lost 3 games in my last 10. Something isn’t adding up. Its frustrating to do the grind for no reason.

the same thing happened to me, have been placed in silver 5 THREE times in a row even though I have been losing 2-3 games every five wins, and is super frustrating as I have been playing for hours to grind my rank up.

I was gold 4, then got a streak. just got my 2 winnings right now to get a placement- it got me to rank from silver 4 to silver 1. really frustrating, as this matters to lower metal ranks. It’s as if your grind didn’t even matter. Such a fan since o1 even if the game got ridiculous. then…this happens. I don’t see any dev replying to this matter, even the comp mishaps where I got queued to 2 ranks lower than me. what a waste of time and battle pass. Can’t help but feel betrayed.

The 5 win 15 loss system doesn’t preventing your true rank from changing it just prevents you from being able to see it changing. Assuming your win-loss ratio is exactly 1, your rank shouldn’t change. Rank adjustment is purely based on wins and losses and not individual performance so if you are winning more than you are losing, then you should climb ranks and vice versa. You might also be experiencing either the bug that prevents your rank from being adjusted or the bug in which during a rerank, your initial rank is demoted five subdivisions before the adjustment takes place.
