Absolutely not. I was playing games on console for 2 weeks with that (While PC players got it fixed within a day) and it was the absolute worst, like it was a game of who had the better Bastion because Bastion was the only way to kill Bastion. I would rather play with OP Mercy then against that crap again. My worst experience in Overwatch were those 2 weeks.
To give you an idea, while in sentry mode I came up behind Bastion with Soldier, unloaded an entire clip + Helix rocket and he just looked at me and healed through it all. No hero who can dish out the highest amount of dps in the game should be that hard to kill.
