Because while it can be played like a console, it also can be played as a handheld and is by majority. It’s gonna be a different experience yet again and another one Blizzard would drop the ball on when they don’t even make an effort for the 2 so far.

Yeah, it’s a good idea. I dont think I’d buy it myself (I’d rather do very serious gaming like that on my PC) but I do think it would sell very well.
… Well, maybe I’d consider it if cross platform accounts and play were a thing.

Overwatch for Nintendo Switch would be nice, but, idk…
The problem is: Overwatch recives too many updates (events, bug fixes, new content etc…) and Nintendo Switch’s storage is too small (32GB), it would be a problem…
But the exclusive content would be awesone [RoadHog as Wario with a garlic as his TaB bootle plis!!!].
They’d still have to play on Blizz servers though.
They couldn’t just connect to other local players.

It’s very related to the required balance for a game. I’ve played Overwatch on console and PC for a long time. They do not play the same and have different balance needs. Switch would as well and Blizzard couldn’t handle more.

I mean, yes, it’s different than PC. But no different from other consoles. The controls are the same, portable or docked mode. Same button scheme as other consoles. I don’t see the point.
