Why would a spam hero belong in GM?
I would say making it harder to pull a ress is possible or tone down the damage boost would be another way but that’s discussion for another thread.

We had this exact reaction from Moira (screaming to the high heavens about how she makes the game unplayable, ruins games etc.), now its Brigs turn, this games community just hates supports with a burning passion for some reason.

My opinion is that Zen is fine. The main problem is that Ana and Lucio are in a bad place right now, and Mercy and Zen are the main two characters that support/enable the Burst Damage Meta we’ve been living in for like the past 3 or 4 seasons.
Rein and Zarya typically boost each other in pickrates. When one is meta, the other tends to be as well, such as with Triple Tank and the current GraviDragons.
Hanzo’s main problem is that Storm Arrow gives him better consistent damage than the majority of DPS. I’m actually fine with Hanzo getting consistent damage, but that’s a problem when combined with his One Shot capabilities as well as his currently near-uncounterable Ultimate.
And as I’ve said, I currently believe Brigitte is fine. I don’t think anything about her actually needs a nerf until it’s a problem at GM/Pro level. She’s too easily countered by people who actually know what they’re doing for me to actually say “Oh yeah, clearly she has no weaknesses”.
No no, you forget, only hitscans belong in GM. At least according to them and their history of hate against non hitscans.

Dont forget, only Ana and Zen support master race players should be anywhere above diamond, dirty disgusting other support players should not be anywhere near the high ranks.
Brigitte is fine as far as balance is concerned. She is however incredibly annoying to play against, but that’s not a reason to nerf her.
Really I think they need to revamp how stuns work in the game, because they’re not fun to play against and so many heroes have them now that they end up feeling very oppressive.

Making Rez harder is not the problem. Rez, in its current state, can only be an either-or dynamic.
If Mercy is able to consistently Rez a pick, then she’s going to be top tier. If Mercy CANNOT consistently Rez a pick, then nobody’s going to bother playing her. They’ll go for Lucio, Moira, Brigitte or some other support that doesn’t need to be babysat all game.
And no, her amount of healing won’t be enough to save her. Lucio/Zen was meta for a while after Ana fell from grace.
Most reasonable people have realized by now that Blizzard is terrible at balancing and it’s all a pipe dream. Why? Mercy rework, Hanzo rework, Sym reworks, etc.
We’re just all hoping at some point the pieces fall into place in a way that at least resembles sanity. Even a broken clock is right at least twice a day, right? … RIGHT!!! I NEED THIS REASSURANCE RIGHT NOW.

Nah the next hero will be a support that one button press autolock kills Widow.
Then we will be truly in the tank/support, poke until Q to win grindfest OW was always meant to be.

But no, I doubt it, Widow problems are far too much and if they do introduced a new hero for that, it’ll be so overpowered that meta demands that he be run.
I think Blizz is mostly going to make some changes to her, a major one at least.
Tbh all I want is rock paper scissors with pretty skins. I like my rocks to have make up on them, and my paper to have crudely drawn crayon landscapes.
The less I need to input the better, amirite?

Next hero needs to be a tank, we’ve already had 3 support, 2 DPS and so far 2 tank releases. At least 1 more tank then another DPS/support.
I just want to have a flame tank so I can see the forums burn when they complain about them.
Does Jetcat have a personal shield, tho?

Agreed. Another tank would be nice. Specifically one that’s anti-cheese heroes like Pharah, Brigitte or Bastion.
Not sure how to do that, of course, but an anti-cheese tank is sorely needed.

Yeah, but we’ve seen, despite the slow resses, the vulnerability, ress still can be pulled off even at the highest level.
Its either rez, or her damage boost that has to go. Since Mercy is providing a strong trifecta of support in one package currently.
(I mean, I rarely play mercy, so this is mostly opinion base stuff.)
