Rein can and will kill you in 3 swings. Get inspire going via whip shot or if you can land one swing then get away safely do that. With Rally start pushing in once you have over 225 health including armour. Use armour packs mostly on DPS. Use shield bash mostly against any fast enemy (Genji, Lucio, Tracer, Ball etc).
