LOL, a support is not supposed to be able to face tank 1v1 a main tank. not even a dps could do that.

You… really should be using your tools to DISENGAGE Rein as brig. All of his damage is designed to go through her defenses barring a clutch shield bash to charge interaction. If brig could toe to toe Rein we would have a balance problem.

Good teamwork won’t be able to save a suicidal Brig who thinks it’s her job to walk up and duel a Rein.

I mean, I want the best for Brig and all but…Being able to “stand against” Rein really shouldn’t be the measurement for her viability.
No one should be easily 1v1ing a Tank in their effective range in my books and a Support most certainly shouldn’t be. She still has the tools to stun and knock him away and generally be very effective and disruptive against him, she just can’t faceroll 1v1 him.
Brig has many problems and needs help to be sure but this is a non-issue.

Like I said, she works with a competent team. If the team goes every which way, she has problems.
When I play healer it won’t be Brigitte, but at least I will try to support her. Not like the rest of the thoughtless healers that think, “she’s fine.”

Brig has never been able to take Rein in a straight 1v1, this isn’t new.

Believe me it is new. Try her in experimental with Rein’s damage buff…
Brig hasn’t been worth going up against Rein since her shield bash stopped going through barrier.

And again, Rein has always been able to easily solo a Brig, even when she had 250 HP.

My Brigitte had no problem before this crazy, noob, Rein damage buff.
You’ve brought this up before on other topics. Tell us how Rein killing Brig in 1-2 swings is mathematically possible.

one of two things is happening here:
You THINK you were toe to toeing a Rein and he was getting pelted from all sides while dealing with you and died
You are lying.
I’m going to assume the former because people kinda get blinders on when engaging and I don’t like calling people liars. Brigs damage is butt, Rein has a LOT of health and could always make a Brig pay DEARLY for staying in range.

The proposed patch is to much damage for Rein.
It just dawned on me…you don’t play Brigitte. My Brigitte felt the difference in experimental. TOO MUCH REIN DAMAGE… they need to tone it down.
Debatable, but it’s definitely not because it ruins his balance against brig.
I dunno what dawn you’re getting here, but your intuition is off. I play a lot of brig… this is how i know you don’t dive in against Rein unless you want to cost your team it’s healer. You can harass him when he has the shield up but as soon as that thing goes down you better GTFO.
