When I read those patch notes I thought to myself “well I have to try that but that sounds like a nerf to me”. Then the Content creator outcry came and I was unsure if I was just that bad. After a few games I knew I was right. Your matchup against winston, rein and Ram is alot worse now as they just don’t care about your shield and you are missing alot of your selfheal against those 3 and the shield bash hitbox feels kinda weird so 2 out of 10 times I turned away to shield bash, still hit someone or something and went literally nowhere making myself a sitting duck. If the shield gets low/breaks it takes forever to recharge. Its just day 2 and I might get used to it in a few days but overall it feels much worse than old rally.
