While Baptiste’s Amplification Matrix is Active, Brig tossing a Repair Pack through the matrix is unaffected. Healing and/or Armor Pack increases do not occur.

That’s… normal. since her armorpack isn’t a projectile.
It is supposed to amp Hitscan and deployments too

Armor packs are projectiles, just as are Anna darts and Bap’s Grenades. There is a trail depicting flight path, and delay between ability use and ability effect. Furthermore, amplify matrix ability description includes “healing” is amplified as well.
