See, I think we really shouldn’t consider OWL at all because they honestly play a different game than we do. I’m not just saying the patch–they play with a degree of skill and coordination and practice and communication (etc) that lets them do things that even the highest-ranked players on ladder could only really dream of doing.
Also, they have a vested interest in winning, and while intuitively that might suggest they’re going to hash out some counter to GOATS, GOATS is what they’ve been practicing for months and months. It’s safer to just stick with that for now unless some change so immense and critical comes along that GOATS is entirely infeasible. Heck, Triple Tank Dive or Quad DPS might already be better than GOATS, but because that isn’t what they’ve been practicing, I doubt they’d go for it. So, we keep seeing GOATS and high pickrates for Brigitte
