Brief and small lag spikes

Been getting lag spikes in my games, not big ones but big enough to make me not want to play. Here is my winMTR:

The hub before the ISP hops is showing lag spikes, which continue throughout the ISP network. You’ll likely need to work with the ISP to resolve this.
