Many tanks as I already stated have extra mobility innate.
- Rama flat out has an ~11m range large projectile /w 100 dps. He moves at 20m/s while in fist form or ult.
- Orisa have javelin spin to flat out ignore damage into her and close distance and carry people with her on top of a fortify and ult that stop CC.
- Reinhardt has his 8sec and high turn radius charge that pins you and still gets him in close for his massive speed.
- Junkerqueen can close distance with her ult and shout.
- Hammond, Winston, Dva, and Doomfist all have multiple low cooldown abilities.
The only tanks without mobility is Zarya/Sigma/Roadhog. The last time we checked speed boosting has always been a thing with Lucio.
Again, you remove the fact that hard CC doesn’t’ exist anymore expect in like 1 from (sleep dart) and the CC tanks have is mitigated by 30% which really cuts the distance they travel by 50% with how the math works out.
For the supports the characters on your face will be Lucio, Brig, and Zen who actually have knockback. Against tanks which against have high mobility. Ashe, Junkrat, and Pharah and Junkrat gain little from knockback when it could have been a powerful aid in team defense.
The knockback is so little very little actually stops a tank’s press W momentum beyond just raw DPS output.
