This. The annoying part is, once they finally accepted the feedback that people thought it was too much, they did little to rectify it. It took an ungodly amount of time for Rein to get his passive to resist CC, and then later for Ball to finally lose some of his CC. Frankly I think Lucio (who I finally gave in and picked up - my God so much easy value on that character) needs the c/d raised - 4 seconds is absurd for him on top of his movement, etc.
