Computer blue screened twice at the very beginning of a competitive matches. Happened on Temple of Anubis and Lunar Colony. First time I’d played those maps all day but had played about 10 matches prior without any issues. Running an RX580 and i5-4570 with 19.1.1 recommended drivers. Previous matches were solo queue and crashes happened playing with a group.
Bluescreen issues are due to drivers, kernel (OS/Windows), or hardware related issues. It’s recommended to contact a local technician if you are experiencing blue screens as our support for blue screens are limited, even if its only occurring on certain maps. I’d be happy to take a look at DxDiag files to provide additional tips and check out the specific blue screen crashes you’re running into. Ultimately, this will need to be referred to the system manufacturer or local technician to troubleshoot the issue further.
