Blizzcon skin available next year?

On the German website of the BlizzCon they state that the items for Overwatch, Starcraft II and Starcraft: Remastered will be availale separately in 2019.
The English website doesn’t state anything like that. Or did I miss something?
Does that mean we can the Sombra skin without the ticket next year?
What do you guys think?

This was mentioned in a thread last week.

Honestly, Blizzard may backtrack like they did with the Lucio OWL All-Access Pass Legendary emote and they may not. No one knows for sure.
