i got a mail my account was banned from use chat because i put a commentary after a match āi cant believe we lost this s***ā i wasnt even talking to anyone is specific like āyou are s***ā
See, I do get that pop up. But never when itās any of the issues other than use of the N word which is why I mentioned it.
I have stopped talking in game as it gains me only abuse.
Examples I have right now are :
- Each game Iāll be mocked for sounding ālike a 5 year oldā .
- If I try to give callouts theyāll tell me they ādonāt want information from a woman on a mans gameā.
- When they realise Iām a female they call me degrading terms, this can be anything from āb**chā to āsl*tā.
- If I die, Iāll be told that Iām back at home where I belong as a woman.

This is gaming, people just dont want to deal with jerks in something thatās supposed to be for fun. Thatās all there is to peopleās opposition to toxicity.

I donāt think that saying people āgrow strongerā will be a solution to racism, homophobia, sexism etc. in our society.
No one has the right to be disrespectful towards other people, especially with insults that are not even inherent to the game.

The problem is, a lot of people are demanding acceptance believing it to be toleranceā¦ and anything less than acceptance is intoleranceā¦
In demanding of that acceptance, they only accomplish breeding resentment

I have to admit it made my giggle a bit ā especially putting an āingā on the end of it.
This is why I donāt join voice any longer and have all chats turned off (on the rare times I actually play any longer).

i dont think i was reported, who is pathetic enough to report a simple comentary with a bad word, i have the impression they ban you in automatic
It is possible but also people report anyone who āspectatesā players who do better than them (even on their own team).
All you had to do was play remotely better than someone else and boom - youāre reported.
Blizzard does not care about people using slurs or anything of the sort. Ive been called plenty of slurs in game and ive been told to grow a thicker skin or told its my fault or both. I dont know what to tell ya other than at this point i believe blizzard actively supports it
