Is anyone able to evaluate why Overwatch will not launch on my computer.

I get the error message:
Blizzard Error
The application encountered an unexpected error.

This is actually the AMD Phenom processor and Avast/AVG issue outlined in this thread:

Go ahead and uninstall Avast/AVG and the crashes should stop.
