Even Orisa released to Live Server on 3rd March last year, whiches the 27th hero supposed to be released on live serve next week at least.
But it’s not even on PTR yet, so it might be revealed today, just like other new heroes. They always reveal them 1st, then release them on Thursday / Friday.
