I updated Overwatch to the most recent patch last night, as I have not played the game in quite some time. I launched the game where I would receive a black screen for a split second and the game would crash. I’ve looked up solutions to the problem and have done many of them including: updating and restarting windows, updating Nvidia drivers, clearing the game cache, deleting Razer Synapse, repaired game files, reset ingame options, closing other apps before launching, and of course uninstalling Overwatch multiple times and reinstalling it in different locations. What else is there for me to try?

Make sure to include your DxDiag with any tech support post. You probably have remnant Razer files you need to hunt down manually.
