Black Screen loading into match

Has been happening to me as well, I’ve tried restarting the client in an effort to rejoin the game and I get booted from the match. Just happened to me again about 10 minutes ago and now I’m on an 8 hour suspension.

I went ahead and moved the topic to a new post since the old thread was from a year ago. I left it titled as a black screen issue since that was the original thread. If you are experiencing a different error please let us know.

During any troubleshooting please avoid any sort of competitive mode until you’re sure the issue is resolved. Technical Support agents cannot remove penalties by any means. I typically recommend training maps for testing (assuming it is possible to reproduce the issue there)

For black screen issues we typically request a DxDiag file so we can help verify error reporting and system information. If possible please bump the post with one.
