Whenever i load the game my fps is fine. its 60 fps no matter if im watching highlights or even looking at cosmetic intros or anything, but when i load into a map and choose a character is goes down to 16. this only happens with ow and im not sure why it happened but it only happened after one of the smaller patches just came in. please help me with whatever you can
