So with that system, pretty much if they quit too often they are stuck in games with a bunch of other people who quit too often? If so then I’m certainly on board with that.

I sat down and remembering what we did with a gaming server we had made on valve.
If a person did something like this…
- Leave during the last 0-1:30 of a match: -4
- Leave during the first 30 seconds of a match: -2
- Leave mid game: -3
- Play a complete match: +1
- backfill a match and complete it: +2
and once a person is in the top 50% of their ‘participation rating’ it should factor in -4x. so that way if someone at the top does it. they drop faster and OUT.
The Q on a 50 point scale should pan itself out rather fast and anyone in quickplay wanting complete matches would have to play about 10 games at the start of a season to no longer see “quitters” in their lobbies.
With a “statistics board” which says something along the lines of
"Your performance has caused you to drop into (# this slot) which has increased your Q times by (X ) . improve this time by leaving matches less…
It should pan out perfect!

Jokes aside the only interesting thing about this season (that was covered in the trailer) are the map reworks. Legitimately who is getting excited about some overpriced cosmetics and a collab with an garbage anime for pre-teens? I know it’s not the devs fault but this company needs to do better, I keep struggling to find a reason to keep playing at this point beyond the nebulous ‘promise’ that they will try out 6v6 at some point in the future and maybe put it in the game.
I really hope you have some Venture skins in the shop rotation at least because Jesus Christ dude. Why even add them to your bloated and overmonetized game if you are going to completely ignore any customization options after?

Just another cheater and Smurf season with that mythic. Tank gets screwed over on a mythic so the most used cheating/smurf hero gets one 
It doesn’t really matter tbh. People that put themselves above the people they make backfill are not worth listening to. Every time you leave someone else gets punished by being backfilled into your game.
It’s irrelevant if you think matchmaking is bad or whatever reasons you want to give, you are still putting yourself above someone else that has to take your place.
Leavers queue would be the best solution and if you are in leavers queue after leaving too many games, then you don’t get penalties for leaving games full of other leavers. Then you can all be happy leaving as much as you want, and constantly backfilling too.
