Trying to better understand whether I should be using triple buffing or reduce buffering? My CPU barely breaks a sweat (Intel 9880), but my gpu (amd 5500m is 100%)
Is there anything I can do to have my beastly cpu take a load off the gpu workload with these buffering settings or am I an idiot?
For most setups, I recommend keeping Reduce Buffering to ON, Triple to OFF. Also I recommend taking a look at my guide here for general tips geared to faster performance:
