Not really… most new heroes received buffs before they became meta
Ana, Ashe, Baptiste, Doomfist, Moira, Orisa, Sombra, Ball all received buffs before they became meta and received nerfs
the only ones that were really meta since their launch were Brigitte and Sigma, you could probably add Sojourn to the list since she’ll probably be meta at launch, I’m on the fence to add Junkerqueen since while she has been meta that was also in the beta not actual launch, put her where you like
Would’ve been cool to try melee only Genji.
I feel like she’ll be average at best now but also, most people don’t know how to play OW so it probably doesn’t really matter.
I honestly don’t think the changes will make a difference for us regular players.
She still plays the same and is just as fun and powerful. She just gives a little less utility to the rest of the team.
Which standard is this? Of the 11 post launch heroes live in the game, I only think 3 came out too strong. Brig, Sigma, and echo. The others either were around average, or weak.
Lotta non tank players liked orisa rework so idk about that one. Orisa isn’t “good” or at least she hasn’t been. But she was very fun.
