Bell Canada Connecting to south America servers?

Alright so since the new update, me and my friend who is with bell Canada are experience very high latency. I have met other Canadians who are with Bell Canada in the process. This problem is highly frustrating since ping goes varies between 160 to 240 and makes the game very hard to play since everything is delayed. I have a done a Traceroute and an WinMTR scan, here’s the results (P.S. I put a space for .net since I couldn’t post with links) :

Are these test results based off the IP address you collected in the game? Or did you use a manual IP address to reach the U.S. Central servers? If necessary run a WinMTR pointed at: 24.105.62.129

I see, I am reviewing other threads, and there is an ongoing issue with Canadian Bell customers which is being investigated. Please check this thread:

I actually uninstalled the Blizzard app and now my ping is back to normal
