Being routed to the wrong server

Hello for the past few days i have been routed to the server SAC1 in South American when i usually am connected to the NA servers I read on another post that if I have a level 3 provider it might be causing issues but from the research I did i could not tell if i had one of not. I did a WinMTR test and if there is anything that I can do to fix this please help.

Your issue is probably related to an ongoing thing with Level3.
